How does Autoship work?

Autoship is Barkaroo’s easy, no-hassle way to keep your pet’s favorites coming right on time while saving you money. Set it up once, and we’ll make sure you never run out of food, treats, or essentials again.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Shop for your pet’s must-haves and add select Autoship on the product page.
  2. Before adding to cart, choose the frequency with which you would like to receive the product. Then complete your order/transaction.
  3. Sit back and relax—we’ll take care of the rest.

You’ll get an email each time your order ships, plus a reminder before your next one goes out.

Want to switch things up?

You can easily change your schedule, add extras, or cancel anytime. And as an Autoship customer, your pet’s essentials get priority with reserved inventory.

How do I choose a frequency?

Each eligible item page has the option to choose a frequency, specifically for that product, in weeks. Simply select the Autoship option and choose a number of weeks in the available dropdown.

Every pet is different, and it can take time to know how long a bag of food, litter, or other items will last. If you need to adjust your frequency, sign in to your account using the Sign In button at the top of this page (or from within the navigation menu on mobile). From within your account you can update your schedule anytime, on your own terms.
